The beach is only 50 metres away from the villa and is equipped with exclusive moorings!

Villa Simon in Posedarje is located just 50 metres from the Novigrad sea and offers 125 m² of space for up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an additional toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Two balconies offer a view of the Velebit Mountains and the sea. The villa is air-conditioned, each room has a TV. There is also a large pool, barbecue facilities, sun loungers, lounge sets and two parking spaces.Come and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings, the smell of the sea, the sun and the beautiful nature, all in the immediate vicinity of the beach.
